• LitHub, an enormous repository of writings about writing, in which I have published several essays
• Subnivean, a journal housed at SUNY Oswego. I was the 2024 recipient of its Fiction Prize.

• Ross White’s The Grind, an invitation-only daily writing practice that I participate in almost every month
• The Pushcart Prize, which has nominated my work several times
• The Authors Guild, an advocacy organization for published writers
• Columbia University School of the Arts Alumni Reading Series
• Groovin’ on a Sunday, a monthly variety show at which my husband and I are frequent guest performers
• Hudson Guild Arts, where I have acted in many community theater productions
